The Brook Park Recreation Department provides all

ZUMBA-
Are you ready to dance off
those inches? Then Join the ZUMBA Dance Party! Zumba was created in the
mid-90’s by Columbian native Alberto “Beto” Perez, a celebrity fitness
trainer and choreographer for International pop superstars. ZUMBA has
become on of the fastest growing dance based fitness crazes in the
country, with people of all ages falling in love with its infectious
music, easy to follow dance moves and body-gratifying benefits. Register
now for this class, space is limited! Brook Park Recreation Center
Community Center. Tuesday - September 9, 2008 (monthly sessions). 7:00
pm – 8:00 pm. $20.00 per session or $8.00 drop in fee. Make checks

NEW
CLASS OFFERING-
A new aerobics
class is being offered for the Fall. It is called Total Body
Conditioning. Come out to enjoy a total body workout that includes,
weight work, mat work, with simple choreography for a challenging
workout. All fitness levels welcome. Session Dates: Tuesday & or
Thursday’s. Tuesday, September 16th – Thursday, October 9th. Class time:
5:00pm-6:00pm. Where: Community Room. Fees: One class per week = $20 Two
classes per week= $40. NO WALK-IN FEES OFFERED AT THIS TIME. Download a

Travel Teams
Travel teams are available for boys and girls for most team sports.
These teams are on a tryout basis only. Contact the Recreation Center
for more information.
Independent Contract Opportunities
The Recreation Center is continually looking for individuals to
instruct or lead programs or have specific skills to offer. If you are
interested, contact the Recreation Center.
Volunteers
There are many volunteer opportunities available for people of all
ages and interests. With so many projects and programs to choose from,
there's bound to be something of interest to you or your group. To
